Thank you for responding to my request (a UPS error that requires a
service visit) and helping out. Here is a brief summary of responses -
- if UPS is > 5 years old, rather consider getting a new or refurbished

- One response said OEM (Emerson) does good service
- www.coasttec.com
- Keystone Battery or Microline Systems (They are affiliated; This was
my choice since they are local to us. Our problem was that one fuse was
blown by some external surge. Satisfied with their service. Our unit is
7 years old and they said it was still working fine.)
