For those with the aging Varian spectrometers:
Does anyone know how to load VxWorks 5.1 (for autoboot) onto the MVME
162-222 CPU board while it is plugged into its usual place in the Inova
console for power and communications? I can communicate with the board via
tip hardwire from a Sun computer (Solaris), and the board is communicating
with the 162bug software. What I need for it to function properly in the
spectrometer is for it not to be running 162bug but instead to autoboot with
VxWorks 5.1. Thanks for any info or advice.
