Colleagues:
A couple of days ago the NVRAM on my Sun Ultra-10 died. To make a
long story short, after transferring the disk drive and ethernet card to
a Sun Ultra-5, VNMR 6.1C does not properly execute. The "dg" window
below the graphic window and the acquisition status box don't display,
and the following error is observed in a terminal window:
"sendacq(): Socket queue full, will retry #"
with # representing the number of tries. I know I've fixed this before,
but for the life of me I can't remember. If you have a suggestion,
please let me know. I will post the responses.
