Everyone:
I am having spinning problems on the Mercury VX-300 NMR. It has been
intermittent for a long time and now will not spin at all.

Here are the things that I have done to try to fix the
problem. Please let me know what else I should do. I am wondering
about the sensor at the bottom of the upper barrel.
1. Adjusted air
2. Cleaned spinner turbines
3. Reseated the probe and upper barrel
4. Looked for any air leaks.
5. Cleaned upper barrel, including air lines
6. "spider" in clippard valve was broken, replaced spider
7. replaced cippard valve
8. Checked voltages on the eject, bearing, and rotation solenoids

Thanks for any help!
Susan
