AMMRL: How to retrieve empty spinners

Hi Folks -

The gentle approach that we used (for both Bruker and Varian-style
spinners) was to turn the eject air on, increase the air flow, and place
your hand firmly on the top of the bore - the air pressure would build just
enough to lift the spinner into your hand!
