Try to calibrate spinning rate ( take about 5 min ). Check an air flow. Other problem can be the board in the console. The best ask Bruker. They are very helpful.

Subject: AMMRL: spinning (solution probes)

Dear All,

One of our Bruker instruments in particular has been having problems with spinning, with it steadily get worse (that is, harder and harder to get the spinner rotating) over the past few years (instruments now 6+ years old) to the point now where spinning cannot be done at all depsite changing probes, spinners, inserting a cleaning rod (a stick with a bit of cloth dampened with acetone on the end) down the bore. Any ideas as to what might be the possible cause and any suggestions for a possible solution ?

Many thanks in advance and will post a suitable response in due course.

Regards,
Karel Klika
