AMMRL:fluorine reference

Hi,

Does anyone know of a supplier who still sells CFCl3? I know that it is
generally banned, but like most things that are banned it is possible to
use it in certain circumstances (usually after filling in a small
mountain of paperwork!).

If it really is no longer available, what do people recommend instead
for accurate referencing of fluorine spectra?
