Hello,
We have been having problems with sample spinning.
Previous problems, where the sample could not spin any faster than 12 or
so, were remedied by removing the shim stack and cleaning.
This time, after I brought our ARX300 back up (I had to shut it down for a
planned power outage), the spin speed oscillated between approximately 12
and 20 (it is set to 21). I can hear a "whooshing" noise from the bore
when spin is on.
My guess is that there is something wrong with the controller or detector.
Is there any way to troubleshoot this?
