HI,
Our Sun is confused on our printer/plotter so I removed these using
adddevices and then re-installed but the the pinter/plotter was found to
be in "unknown state" still.
So I removed all Solaris printer/plotters using lpstat -x and restarted
the lp scheduler.
Now in adddevices the VNMR printers are visible but the Solaris
printers are not except is it does know the default printer. No
printer/plotters are seen under Solaris as being 'up'. Should I remove
these VNMR printers and re-add using admintool or is there something I
should do on the Solaris end?
Anyone that can help with this problem, it will be much appreciated.
By the way I am running VNMR6.1B and Solaris 2.7.
