Colleagues,
Please, if there is someone out there with a Varian 9-sample carousel AS, I need
some questions answered.
1. There are several air outlets. I was told to set the pressure to 44 psi
from 33 psi when installing the carousel. There our three gauges. Which one
controls the eject air?
2. I do not have the "rubber stopper" in the capacitor stick hole. How
important is this?
3. I do not know what my body and VT cfms are. How important is this?
4. I also have some questions on how you do "batch" automation at your site.
