We too have seen spurious peaks in 13-C spectra on an AC-300. We use a QNP
probe ( H / F / C / P ). The location of our extra peaks is around 110ppm
with a spacing of 50.05 hz.

By changing cables, flexing cables, or changing rf-filters, I can change the
intensities of the extra peaks but never get rid of them for good.
