N-15

We have a GE QE-300 with a BB probe here and I am trying to develop an
experimental method to do natural abundance N-15. I have not work with
N-15 before so I don't have a feel for it. I am using an 80% DMF in
acetone-d6 standard and an N-15 enriched NH4Cl (1.6 mg) standard with no
success. Does anyone have an SF, SW and NA I could start with? It would
also be helpful to know which wand I should use. Can our probe actually
tune and match to that frequency (30.5 MHz)? The probe seems to tune and
match with the SH wand. Does SH mean short? None of our other wands seem
to work. Any help with this problem will be accepted if I can't do this on
the QE I will have to move the project to the AMX-600 which is already
tight on time.

Thank you

chuck
