Dear Dan and AMMRLers,

Thank you very much for your replies to my query. I was missing a crucial
step, the "genfid" command. I extracted the appropriate rows and utilized
the procedure below to zero fill to 32 K and this worked beautifully.
Again, thanks for the help.
