Dear all,
Many thanks to everyone for their helpful suggestions regarding BACS and
especially Ralph Adams for the donation of two BACS (so much trouble now
with customs between UK and EU) – both are working now. Installing a
floor standing BACS onto a magnet (our 600) by making the home-built
attachment was no big deal for our workshop guys (pics attached) but we
could not get the BACS running and needed Bruker to help us out, and so
many thanks to them for their fine efforts for both BACS. Amazing what
is possible and I have a debt of gratitude to this community, not only
for the BACS but also a number of other issues over the years.
