Does anyone know if Bruker have introduced an alternative to their now defu=
nct ftp site for downloading firmware? I've tried the regional team but ha=
ve had no reply, ROVER has no consistency so you end up explaining it so ma=
ny times that you just give up. It was nice having a site where we could d=
ownload firmware.
