We are beginning the process to prepare a Request for Proposals to comply with
federal purchasing requirements for an NMR purchase. Hoping to glean some
expertise from the group. If folks are willing to share their experiences and
possibly their examples of RFP documents that would be great. We will be writing
the RFP for a 400 MHz system.
