Hello everyone,
unfortunately, my university was hit by ransomware and our whole IT infrastructure
is down. Luckily, my spectrometers are not affected. But now I have the problem
that I need a temporary system to deliver my NMR data to the users. I tried out
the option to send emails via iconnmr and it works well for my machines running
Windows 7 and Topspin 3, but I have one machine under Windows XP and Topspin 2.1pl8,
where I have following problem:
Most of the times Iconnmr/Topspin has problems to zip the data, it is sending following
error message:
"Couldnt send email to ****_at_****.de <mailto:****_at_****.de> ; Subject: ICON_Datamail (Zip);
Error: 400: couldn't open "C:/DOCUME~1/nmr/LOCALS~1/Temp/Samplename_400.zip": no such file
or directory"
and it is than sending an empty email with no attachment. This problem is not connected
to a specific user, experiment or email address and the sample names are without special
characters. Strangely sometimes it is working, but most of the times it shows this error.
Can anyone help me out ... Help would be very much appreciated!
Sebastian
