Hi AMMRLers,

I hope you are doing well during this time.

We have an academic user who is interested in doing NMR (solid-state NMR) with uranium compounds. So far we have no protocols (solution or solid) for radioactive materials, because we have’t had any in the facility. My EH&S department suggested I poll other NMR facilities.

I’m reaching out to AMMRL to see if anyone has safety protocols or policies in place for NMR of radioactive materials? Specifically solid-state NMR, but I would appreciate solution NMR protocols that I can review and perhaps adapt.

Thank you!
Nanette
