Thank you very much for the help regarding 31P experiment, now I came with another problem on 500MHz .
I am writing this mail to know weather can anybody help me out with the problem of shimming on 500 MHz . actually we have problem with shimming on other samples. Then I thought to stabilize the shimming with water sample , but I can't able to do 3d shimming and I am getting this error message while I am calibrating. So I can't able to complete the 3d shim successfully . even I did manually shimming and I tried again , even then also I am unsuccessful regarding this. Last week one person programmed one experiment with 15000 scans of a sample which looks like suspension, weather this may effect shimming. Can you help me in this aspect.
