We have two INOVAs and are in the process of evaluating and planning on when we should replace them. One obvious question everybody asks is how long will Agilent support and service these systems. The answer from Agilent is "as long as we have parts". If in the past year you requested services from Agilent on your INOVA consoles, could you please share your experience with me. I am particularly interested to know if you experienced any parts shortage or delay in your repairs. I will summarize if there is enough interest. Thanks!
