AMMRL: VT problem

Hi All,

I am having a problem with my Bruker BVT-3000 temperature controller/liquid nitrogen evaporator on my EPR. I know the same controller has been used on Bruker NMR systems. The software indicates the nitrogen tank is empty, disabling the evaporator heater, even though the tank clearly is not empty. I have replaced the sensor in the evaporator. In fact I replaced it twice, thinking I may have damaged it during installation. Both times the system worked for a week or so before going back to the erroneous EMPTY signal. I now think there is an intermittent problem in the BVT-3000 electronics. Does anyone know a way to disable the EMPTY interlock, either in software or with solder? I have a manual for the BVT-300 that has a schematic for the main board, but not for the evaporator board.

Thank you,

Dave
