Dear All,

Some of my users complained about the cleanliness of my labs. I don't
let the custodians into the rooms other than to change the garbage cans,
and thus the cleaning falls on me. I am wondering what arrangements are
used in other facilities. My basic questions are below and I will
summarize responses.

Who cleans in your NMR labs?
If custodians clean, what rules do you set for them? Did you ever see
inadvertent damage/problems caused by the cleaners?
If you clean, how often?
How do they/you clean (broom, vacuum, mop)?
What floor covering do you have?
If you have tiled floors, do you let them polish/wax it?
Anything else you think may be of interest to the community?

Thanks

Ivan
