AMMRL: water presaturation

I am trying to do water suppression on a Mercury-plus 400 MHz instrument
and the canned pulse sequence seems to be missing parameters. Advice on
how to do presaturation? Or any other water suppression technique if
presaturation isn't an option. The system does not have jump-return
water saturation.
