AMMRL - suggestion

Dear Fellow AMMRL Members:

Let's include some "magic words" (like AMMRL) in the Subject field - it
will be easier to recognize these postings among spam or suspicious
e-mails, which usually are deleted unopened. Sometimes it is not obvious
from the Subjects of AMMRL postings that the message is related to AMMRL.
