Relaxation Agents

Dear AMMRL Members;
I am posting this question for a colleague in the imaging area here.

Does anyone know of a relaxation agent that is highly soluble in an organic
hydrocarbon (i.e decane), and NOT soluble in water?

Material such as iron and chrome acaac that we normally use to reduce T1's
(and T2's) in high resolution work, is unfortunately soluble in water as
well. If you know of any other material, preferably non-toxic and/or
carcinogenic, please let me know.

Thanks very much in advance.

Mazi.
