Dear All,

We have a protein with a peptide attached which has two 13C-enriched
carbons and we want to use the rotational resonance technique to
determine the distance between the labelled carbons in the bound
peptide.

We are using a Bruker AVANCE DRX 500 with a standard 4mm CPMAS probe.
Can anyone give us the appropriate pulse sequence for this experiment
when using a Bruker NMR with XWINNMR v 2.5.

Any useful tips and advice would also be appreciated.
