AMMRL: hard numbers for helium availability/cost

Hi Everyone;

I’m trying to put together a short proposal to the School of Pharmacy to get some funding to complete a helium recovery system.
There seems to be a lot of anecdotal material in the archives about helium availability (or lack thereof) and also about price increases, but does anyone know of any sources of hard numbers that might make a nice PowerPoint slide? (They love PowerPoint.)
