ammrl: Bruker acquisition failure

Hi all,

For some time now we have been getting intermittent acquisition failures on our Bruker systems (see attached ICONNMR error). Has anyone ever seen this error before? Does anyone know how to fix it? It seems to be a random error as when a user resubmits their sample immediately after the failure it runs just fine.

This error happens both in ICON and while running manually. It has happened with Topspin 3.5 and 3.6. I have changed permissions of the folders containing the pulse programs to no avail. It is happening on both our 300 MHz AVIII HD microbay and our 500 MHZ AVIII HD.

Thank you,

Daniel J. Wherritt, Ph.D.
