Wow, that went through to Agilent rather quickly! My neighbor was misinformed. Agilent is continuing the NMR service operation for several years to come, just as they have previously committed. This is confirmed by Kate Wright, who leads the service operation at Agilent. My apologies for the misinformation.

Hey Spinlanders!
We have a neighbor with a relatively new Agilent system. They have been informed that Agilent will drop their service contract at the end of this year. Has anyone already gone to aftermarket providers for Aglient service contracts? Which companies are realistically stepping in to handle Agilent systems? Would you recommend your service contractor? Why or why not?
