Hello,

We are planning on decommissioning a 300 MHz Gemini system here at Iowa State. The system is in our undergraduate instrumentation lab. It is operational, although the quartz tube inside the probe was recently broken and would need to be replaced by the new owner. We would prefer that the system goes to one recipient, although we would consider splitting up. Mostly we would very soon like to know the fate of the magnet, so we can de-energize properly if there is a new recipient. Recipient pays associated transport fees or comes to pick up in Ames.

System includes: 2 workstations, 3 spare consoles for parts, 1 operational console, 1 probe (broadband X), 300 MHz manget. No charging rods, although they are available to rent from MR Resources.

Please let me know if you are interested in the system as soon as possible so we can plan how we will de-energize.

Thanks!
Sarah Cady
