Academic Listmembers,
There are research faculty here who have requested that my lab be certified
- beyond utilizing certified standards and protocols. Are there any
listmembers who work in academic labs who have obtained certification(s) for
any parameters in the past or present or who plan to do so in the future? We
have a diverse group of researchers. Consequently, the certification
agencies will also be quite a long list. EPA, FDA, AOAC, etc. Very few (if
any) funding agencies require certified numbers. Academic labs' data cannot
be reported to the EPA in North Carolina. I do not know about FDA and the
others. Any info is welcome.
