120 Hz spike problem on our Varian INOVA 500 MHz was solved

Hi Friends:

 

The 120 Hz spike problem on our Varian INOVA 500 MHz was solved. It was
found with scope that PTS output had 120 Hz modulation caused by a filter
capacitor. The capacitor was replaced.
