Glide/System Loosing Connection

First let me thank everyone who responded to my question concerning the
Hetcor not running properly issue. What I discovered was the probe file had
not shared to that user for some reason. I re-distributed it to the system
and that fixed the problem (I figured he wasn't the only user affected).
The suggestion of HSQC was made rather than Hetcor. Also, thank you for the
suggestions of Chempack, it does sound quite nice. I will see if I can find
it.

Until then, I now have another completely different problem that is causing
me to wonder what is going on. When I set up an experiment to run a 2D
acquisition, the spinner will turn off and will lose connection to the
console. The first time it did this, I didn't notice and when I came back
had to reboot the console. So what I am doing now is stopping the
acquisition, restarting the spinner and then restarting the acquisition.
This method does take care of the problem if someone is around. I tend to
like to set up my 2D's overnight so that method won't work.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, how have you resolved
it?

Thanks,
Adrienne
