Relay module

Does anyone out there have the K5007 K5008 relay module installed on a
Varian Inova and if so how is it cabled.
I cabled acccording to the labels on the cables and it didnt work. I am
trying to cable it so that it will do proton observe, carbon observe
with proton decoupling. Mabye the relay coil wiring is backwards or does
that matter.
