Hi All,
I have a user that wants to decouple 19F from 13C. Our AMX 400 is equipped
with a 19F channel but not a 19F decoupler. My question is, have any of
you tried using the analytical channel on a similar type spectrometer as a
decoupler by turning on the analytical channel with a long soft pulse
(prior and during the 13C acqusition) to simulate a cw decoupling
effect? If so did it work?
We hate to invest in a decoupler for an instrument this old!
