Dear Les,

I just got over a problem that sounds the same: Our 600 MHz Avance DMX
Bruker spectrometer had an approximately 100 Hz signal riding on all
probes, all nuclei. The problem occurred slightly before one
transmitter's power supply failed (apparently not connected, but who
knows). We suspected all sorts of electrical problems because of the
2x50 Hz, including grounding, but couldn't find any.

After changing essentially every possible component our Bruker people
found out it was the synthesizer. They had not encountered this problem,
nor had Bruker Germany suggested it as a probability, so they didn't
suspect it.

Best of luck!

Debbie
