For our Research Center, we are currently looking for a=20

SOLID STATE NMR SPECTROSCOPIST

to strengthen the research on food materials, biological polymers,
polysaccharides,=20
gels and emulsions.

The person appointed will be responsible for developing solid state NMR
applications=20
for food research. The duties include the operation and maintenance of =
a
fully equipped=20
dedicated solid state 400 MHz NMR spectrometer. A commitment to work
together=20
with other research groups within Nestl=E9 R&D is a prerequisite.

Candidates should have a Ph.D., post-doctoral or industrial experience, =
and
a high=20
level of expertise in solid state NMR. Previous experience in the =
fields of
diffusion=20
measurements and imaging by NMR would be advantageous. Fluency in =
English=20
is required, knowledge of French, German or Spanish would be a plus.
