Recently our FTNMR spectrometer, a Varian UNITY400, has problem on
experiment acquisition. The experiment stopped at any given time and
an error message "the number of points acquired not equal to np"
appeared.
The Varian engineer had tried (for the last two weeks) almost
everything to correct this problem but the problem still occurs.
I wonder any of the Varian UNITY users ever experienced a similar
problem or might have clues on what would be the causes and solutions
to this problem.
I would greatly appreciate any input or suggestions you may have.
