Hi Savanah,
We have used the BioPack gNhsqc_IPAP and gNhsqcS3 experiments to measure
HNRDC's of proteins. For larger proteins, the gNtrosyS3 experiment may
work better. There is also an IPAP option in the BioPack sofastNhmqc experiment.
To measure CH couplings, you might try the CTgChsqc_JCH experiment, though
we have not run this experiment.
