Sure! Ok, As I stated, During the refill of the LN2 dewar for a Prodigy
probe I noticed that there was cold gas, if not liquid N2, coming out of
the exhaust heater outlet on the probe - not supposed to happen. And I was
observing cold gas blowing out of the front of the Prodigy unit. Also not
supposed to happen.

All of this suggested (I should have realized this on my own) that there
was a blockage on the outlet port of the LN2 dewar during the refill.

So I carefully removed the clamp from the LN2 dewar and lifted the top to
expose the attached image. I used a very flexible pipe cleaner brush
(something similar to the attached image) to probe the outlet tubing and
indeed found it blocked. I was able to push out the blockage easily, but
you could also use a heat gun to remove the blockage.

I replaced the top with the clamp and resumed the refill process. No
further issues.

Best
