Dear AMMRL Members:
We have a Varian 7700CS Cryobay with a broken CCC2 temperature sensor.
Working with Agilent, we have tried switching the cable (going from cryocon
to CCC) and reloading the software, but nothing works. Agilent had
mentioned that it is impossible to open up the CCC and do the repair
onsite. Please let me know if you have a spare Varian 7700CS vintage (or
newer, Mark I and Mark II will not work) Cryobay and no longer need it for
spare parts. We would be happy to work with you to see how we can get the
spare part (either the whole Cryobay or just the CCC) to repair our broken
Cryobay.
