Subject: AMMRL: Infinity Solids Console power tube 8874/3CX400A7 needed
Hey folks,
We have a Varian/Chemagnetics Infinity console which has again used up the 1H amplifier power tube. The tube is an 8847/3CX400A7 and they are getting to be rare. If any of you had a Chemagnetics 1H amp in the past and have an extra power tube you'll never use sitting around, I would sure love to have it. Alternatively, if you know of an obscure supplier I might not have already found in an internet search which has them for sale, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll have to bite the bullet and buy one at market price (next fiscal year!!)
Thanks, -Hirsch
