I'm wondering if anyone has an Observe Receiver board for a Varian Mercury-Plus 400, or knows where I can find one? We are not entirely sure where our problem is, but two different problems point to the Observe Receiver: spikes in the FID when gain is set high, and now we can't get any 1H FID. The probe and transmitter seem to be fine.
I have checked with MR Resources and they don't have any in stock. I'm pretty sure Agilent can't help me.
