AMMRL:Justification for Calibration Frequency

Folks,

We have a Varian/Agilent 300MHz Mercury at our facility that is used primarily for 1H & 13C of small organic molecules. It is also used for some GMP work. Agilent does an annual PM including calibration on the system. I run a 1H Sensitivity standard weekly to check S/N as confirmation that the instrument is functioning properly. We also do a 'Time of Use' system check prior to acquiring GMP samples to further ensure that the system is functioning properly. My question for you is 'Does this seem to be reasonable/adequate calibration for our system?'

Thanks
Ben
