We have a 1987 QE BB 300 MHz NMR that we have decommissioned and is
currently sitting outside my office. We have three probes with the
system which we can give away if anyone is interested. The plan for
the magnet is to leave it for display as "techno-art" in our student
lounge. We have no plans for the console. To our knowledge the
PTS(500) and the power amplifier (50 watts) are in working order. We
recently paid to get the amplifier fixed. Could any of this equipment
be of use to the NMR community?
