Hi all,
Recently I asked questions on efficiency of the 15N-HSQC IPAP pulse
sequence proposed by R. Tycko (Journal of biomocular NMR,
21:141-151,2001) to supress the NH2 signals coming from gels.
I did not get lot of answer and the only concerned Bruker users.
Because I currently work with Agilent spectrometer, I decided to write
this pulse sequence for Vnmrs systems.
My first observation is that this sequence effectively removes very well
NH2 signals of ubiquitin (not yet found time to do complete tests with
gel) and the decrease of S/N is only of 17% (comparatively to the
standard 15N HSQC IPAP sequence fom Bax and coll.).
Because, my idea is to share all is possible in order to save our time,
course, I will send these files for Agilent users upon request.
All the best,
Eric.
