AMMRL: how do you handle your cyroprobe maintenance ?

Dear All
     My sincere apologies if this is a repeat question. We have landed
a shiny new Bruker 800 MHz spectrometer with one TCI-HCN cryoprobe due
to arrive in couple of months. What kind of continued maintenance model
for the cryoprobe, are you all using : (a) Bruker service contract (b)
yearly visit by Bruker (c) sheer luck that nothing will go wrong.
