AMMRL:rearranging ceiling tiles above magnet

We just finished install of a reconditioned Bruker ARX 300 system (magnet is NOT ultrashield).

We've got three ceiling tiles directly above the magnet that are displaced. They are leftover "evidence" of the quench of a different NMR that we tried to install several months ago. In the excitement of install of this "new" system, I never managed to get those tiles put back into place before we powered up the magnet.

I was ignoring it, but one of the fire officials was inspecting the building and was very upset about the displaced tiles. He says that they will cause more damage in a fire. He wants them replaced by the time he's back in 30 days.

The tiles are 10'6" from the floor. We're going to try having one of our more petite colleagues stand on someone's shoulders to replace them. If that doesn't work (or if the safety officer catches wind of it), what kind of ladder can we use to do this? Our facilities department is getting in touch with a nearby hospital's MRI facility. Our installer has us paranoid about messing up our cryoshims. We've been waiting a long time for this instrument, and I don't want anything to go wrong!

Thanks so much for any advice you can give.
