We are looking for a new lab manager; I'm in the
(enviable?) position of helping find a replacement
for our retiring manager, Charlie Mayne.

The University of Utah seeks an NMR Laboratory Manager. Qualifications
include a Ph.D. in the natural sciences or engineering, 5-yr practical
experience in experimental NMR including hands-on experience with
multinuclear solution NMR systems. Responsibilities: provide training;
design, implement and execution of multidimensional, multinuclear NMR
experiments; and processing data and interpreting spectra in the context
of chemical structure. UNIX/LINUX experience essential. Basic electrical
engineering skills and experience with programming languages is highly
