Hello Everyone;
I have two very different questions for this learned group:
1. Does anyone have an off-resonance ROESY pulse sequence with shifted
laminar pulses suitable for a Varian Inova spectrometer?
2. We also have an old Gemini 2000 300 MHz spectrometer that the
synthetic/natural products chemists use for routine 1H or 13C 1ds.
The other day a student had a 1d displayed, and although the threshold
was set quite low, only the two tallest peaks were labeled with
their chemical shifts by "dpf". Is there some parameter or flag that
I'm unaware of?
